CODY’S POKER RUN INFO

Each paid participant will receive (1) poker score card.  Additional score cards may be purchased for $5.00.

The route is approximately 35 miles with 5 stops. At each stop the rider will select (1) playing card, per score card.

 A Staff Member will record the card you selected then you will go to the next stop.

When you return to camp you will give your score card to “OUR POKER BOSS” who will determine your hand. When all participants have returned, the winners will be announced. A

There will be a total of 6 winners. Best hand Adult Male & Female ($100 each) and best hand under age 16 Male & Female ($50 each).  There will also be one winner for the worst hand Adult ($100) and one winner for the worst hand under age 16 ($50).

LONG RIDE

The Long Ride is a fast-paced ride, that is a separate route from the Poker Run. It is open to SxS and Dirt Bikes, however this ride requires your vehicle and riding ability to be at a high level. There is no stopping for pictures, sightseeing etc. on this ride.

This year’s Long Ride will be the same route as last year. The route will take you up into the Jawbone Canyon area. Side X Sides and Dirt Bikes will travel together, so Please be aware of each other on the trail. Bike Riders must be able to travel at least 70 miles on one tank of gas and be able to ride at an above average level.

The ride is about 90 miles long. Barring any unforeseen issues, you should be back in time for the lunch and raffle. All Drivers / Riders will meet at the Registration table at 7:00 am, for a quick briefing. There will be guides for you to follow. If you participate in this ride, please make sure your vehicle is in good shape and ready to go. Also, please be prepared to do any minor roadside repairs (replace belt, tire change etc). If you have a GPS or radio communications, make sure they are in working order.

You will select your Poker Cards when you return to camp.

Please let us know ASAP if you plan on participating in the Long Ride…As there are a limited number of spots. 

LUNCH

We will start serving lunch about 1:00 pm, near the registration area. Water, beer and soda will be provided. There are tables and chairs for seating, which are first come first serve.

RAFFLE INFO

There will be three separate raffles at our event. The raffle for the items on display will start about 2:00 pm and those raffle items will be on display when you return from the ride.

The tickets for this raffle will be single, Pink Tickets. Raffle tickets are $1.00 per ticket, or 25 tickets for $20.  Please print your name on the back of the ticket.No other color tickets will be used for this raffle. If a ticket is selected and there is no name on the back of it, another ticket will be selected.

We are again having a 50/50 Raffle. The tickets for this raffle will be double Green Tickets. The cost is $1.00 per ticket or 25 tickets for $20.  You do not need to print your name on the back of these tickets, however YOU MUST HAVE THE OTHER HALF OF THE WINNING TICKET TO COLLECT THE $ CASH $.No other color ticket will be used for this raffle.

We will also once again, have Round Trip JetBlue Tickets good for travel to ANY JetBlue DESTINATION. Raffle tickets are $25 per ticket or 5 tickets for $100. You must purchase a BLUE Raffle Ticket for the JetBlue Raffle.  You do not need to write your name on the back of these tickets however, YOU MUST HAVE THE OTHER HALF OF THE WINNING TICKET TO COLLECT THE JET BLUE TICKETS.No other color tickets will be used for this raffle.
